The calling of the church was proclaimed by Jesus Christ in the Great Commission, to make disciples of all nations unto the glory of God through Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:18–20). The book of Acts and the epistles of the New Testament exhibit that this disciple-making endeavor is carried out through the ministry of the local church. The mission of the church is to proclaim Christ, seeking to establish and strengthen local churches.

We at FBC believe it's not only important to financially support God's servants, but to be fervently praying and shepherding them as they strive to go out into all the nations making disciples. Let's continue to pray for these individuals as they glorify God through their service out in this big world!
